    This class focuses on building strength through progressive lifting with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight resistance. You’ll learn proper form, lift heavier over time, and challenge your muscles with low-rep, high-effort sets. Don’t worry — no high-flying gymnastics or competition vibes here. Just solid strength training in a supportive, form-focused environment.
