DEB has been teaching various types of fitness classes for over 12 years and she recognizes the benefits and joys associated with fitness.  Her passion truly lies in sharing her knowledge and creativity to students of all fitness levels. 

Prior to teaching at CENTER, Deb completed extensive training in Pilates through STOTT - one of the leaders in Pilates education - in both matwork and reformer.  She also thoroughly researched and helped implement an all-staff training for Kettlebells for CENTER and is thrilled at the results and excitement people are showing for this incredibly effective form of exercise.  

Deb's classes focus on creating individualized workouts for each student and assisting them in achieving optimal strength, tone, flexibility and posture regardless of fitness level.  She is a fun, energetic and creative instructor and is truly passionate about fitness.
