Angel has been a practitioner of many various styles of yoga since 1992 and has been instructing for over 10 years, in addition, Angel has owned An Angel’s Touch Massage, since 1997.   Angel’s formal certifications are in Kundalini Yoga (2003) and Hatha Yoga (2006).

Her love for travel and yoga, led her to Italy and Thailand where she lived in a yoga ashram in Italy for 7 months in 2009, and studied Rue Sri Da Ton Yoga in Thailand for 6 months in 2010. And when she’s back in the states she sincerely enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, and truly believes laughter is the best medicine!
